About Us
Meet the Beauty Shop Dolls – Vancouver’s premier retro girl group bringing timeless fun and sweet vintage vibes to a stage near you...
Founded in 2015 by Nadia von Hahn, the idea for Beauty Shop Dolls was first dreamed up while she was attending The Canadian College of Performing Arts, in Victoria BC. Inspired by a love of song and dance, retro style, and rich vocal harmonies, Nadia envisioned an all female group that would share the magic of bygone eras with modern audiences.
Since then, the Beauty Shop Dolls have become a beloved staple in Vancouver’s live entertainment scene, performing at weddings, corporate events, festivals, and themed parties throughout the Lower Mainland and beyond.
Whether you're planning a 1920s Great Gatsby gala, a 1950s sock hop, or a 1970s Studio 54-inspired disco night, the Beauty Shop Dolls bring charm, professionalism, and show-stopping vocals to every stage. For vintage-themed live entertainment in Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Langley, or the Lower Mainland, the Beauty Shop Dolls are your go-to for an elegant, high-energy performance that’s as classy as it is captivating.
